The environment is anything that is visible or invisible around us. Pollution means the act or process of polluting. So, Environmental Pollution is a contamination of the physical and biological elements of the earth system. Some reckless common people are responsible for it. They do not follow the rules of keeping our environment free from pollution. Environment can be polluted in many ways. They are air, water, sound, and soil pollution. Air is an important element of our environment which is polluted by the smoke of mills, factories, brick-fields and vehicles etc. Without taking fresh air we cannot live healthy. By cutting trees we must loss intake air from environment. Water is polluted by human waste, industrial garbage, chemicals and poisonous things. People suffer a lot by using and drinking it. Sound pollution is one the major hidden pollution for all caused by horns and microphones. It causes unexpected death of people and animal or losses of hearing power. Soil is polluted by throwing poisonous chemicals and pesticides on the ground. We throw Polythene and other harmful plastic things on the soil that damage our soil surface. Furthermore, we suffer from various fatal diseases due to environmental pollution. Climate is changing and green house effect is increasing day by day due to it.
As a result, we have to face different kinds of natural disasters. However, proper steps should be taken to prevent it. We must be kind to animals and plants. Chemicals should be used in a proper way. Awareness should be raised among the common people and the mass media can play an important role to reduce pollution.
